General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for CraftyHub

Welcome to CraftyHub! These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all purchases made by customers from CraftyHub. Deviating conditions will only be recognized if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with CraftyHub (Albert-Einstein-Str. 50, 24211 Preetz).

Once you place an order in our online shop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. However, this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is only concluded when we send a separate confirmation or dispatch the goods.

For bank transfer payments, you will receive a payment request from us. Please transfer the amount due within 7 days to the specified account. The order will only be shipped after we receive the payment. If the payment is not made within the deadline, we cannot reserve the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in euros (€) and, in accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 (1) UStG), do not include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the order process.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (prepayment)
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The purchase price is due upon contract conclusion.

4. Shipping and Delivery Costs

CraftyHub ships orders with DHL. Shipping costs depend on the order size:

  • €2.80 for small shipments
  • €4.90 for large shipments
  • €6,90 for worldwide shipping

The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days (worldwide 7-10 business days). Delays, especially during peak seasons, may occur and do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Further information and a sample withdrawal form can be found on our website under “Right of Withdrawal.”

Exclusion of Withdrawal: Personalized items that are custom-made according to customer specifications cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of CraftyHub until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, you have the right to subsequent performance (replacement or repair).

CraftyHub is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and within the framework of statutory provisions.

8. Data Protection

Your data will only be used to process your order and fulfill legal obligations. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CraftyHub.

These GTC may be changed at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always available on our website.
