Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or initiate a return.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement via email or mail. You can use our withdrawal form (found below) or write your own withdrawal declaration.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: Returns must reach us within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
• Return Costs: You bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or in the case of defective goods.
• Condition of Goods: Please return items unused and in their original condition. We may only issue partial refunds for damaged or visibly used items.

Personalized Items

Please note that personalized items are excluded from the return policy. Since these products are custom-made according to your specifications, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

However, if a personalized product is defective or faulty, please contact our customer service. We will ensure a proper solution and strive to provide you with a flawless product.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
