Oppdatering angående gjeldende leveringssituasjon til USA

Kjære kunder,

På grunn av den nylig anstrengte tollsituasjonen i USA, måtte vi midlertidig stoppe all forsendelse av våre produkter til USA.

Vi er glade for å kunne informere dere om at forsendelsen nå gradvis gjenopptas – men foreløpig med store begrensninger.

Vår fraktleverandør DHL har for øyeblikket bare godkjent en del av sine leveringsprosesser til USA. Forsendelse via vår vanlige DHL-tjeneste er derfor foreløpig ikke mulig.

For å likevel kunne sende bestillinger til USA, samarbeider vi for øyeblikket med en alternativ logistikkpartner. Dessverre har vi ikke de samme forretningskundevilkårene der som med DHL, noe som har ført til at fraktkostnadene midlertidig har økt til 19,90 € (tidligere 7,90 €).

Vi forstår at dette er en ubehagelig situasjon, og forsikrer dere om at vi jobber på spreng for å finne en løsning. Vi er i konstant dialog med DHL for å kunne returnere til normal drift så raskt som mulig.

Dear customers,

Due to the recently challenging customs situation in the United States, we were forced to temporarily suspend all shipments of our products to the USA.

We’re happy to inform you that shipping has now resumed gradually, although there are still significant restrictions in place.

Our shipping partner DHL has currently only reactivated part of its delivery processes to the USA. For this reason, it is not yet possible for us to ship goods through our usual DHL service.

In order to continue fulfilling orders to the USA, we are currently working with an alternative logistics provider. Unfortunately, we do not have the same business rates with this partner as we do with DHL, which means that shipping costs are temporarily higher than usual.

At the moment, the shipping cost to the USA is €19.90 (previously €7.90).

We understand that this situation is inconvenient and assure you that we are working hard on a solution. We are in constant contact with DHL to return to normal operations as soon as possible.
